The annual Strawberry Jubilee at Great Country Farms in Bluemont, Virginia was an event to remember. Everything from the hay ride, sack race, tart toss, pie eating contest, giant slides, barn yard animals, and of course the strawberries did not disappoint. One of the things I've enjoyed most about having Paul home after finals is the time we get to spend as a family. Now that he is not carrying the weight of his studies, life is more enjoyable for everyone. The Strawberry Jubilee was a much needed family day out of the city. All of our little boys got a kick out of the wide open space. When it came time to go home, they did not want to leave.
